As you can see, I have a new found obsession with Emma Roberts. This last dress is to die for. The blue color is so vibrant, and I love the waist cutout and the trim. I'm also so glad she wore this with tights. I usually hate it when people wear black tights with a cocktail dress, but this was perfect.
